When you are fitting a Flettner Slimline roof vent to a vehicle that has a roof lining, you will need this adapter. It can be used to fit the vent to a vehicle that has a plywood or other substantial material over 9mm thick.
It acts as a rigid bridge between the inner roof and the shutter and it is supplied in two parts, the adapter tube and adapter plate and can be used to accommodate roof thicknesses from 10-130mm
